I have just installed latest update from Win7 and now neither firefox or thunderbird will print. I can print from any file on desktop and a test page for the printer so it seems to be a mozilla problem.
Any ideas/thoughts.

I have just checked what files were in the download and up pops a message that these updates will affect drivers etc on Thunderbird 33/34. Why the heck did they not say first.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Problem solved ( I think) uninstalled printer from list, downloaded new drivers from HP, installed printer again and voila. Thanks Windows.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
