As I have to make important decisions about my car's fate
, I'm google-ing around the web in search for other options and stumbled across CarQuid.com.
Does anybody use them? Do you lease a car with ads on or do you put an ad on your car?

Yeah, that'd be because you're not looking at the same site as the rest of us.
You're looking at CarQuids.com
Which we would have to guess at, since you'd said CarQuid.com to start with.0 -

Aw! I see! Sorry
Yes, I was looking at carquids.com but wrote carquid.com SorryI'll change the title (if I still can...not sure). Sorry, I'm a little stressed about recent car issue.
Anyway, I saw the link here

Can you have adverts put on your own car using CarQuids, or do you have to lease a car from them first?
If you have to lease a car then it sounds like a crap deal to me. I guess not many advertisers want to appear on the side of a 13yo bangernomic :rotfl:0 -

....
I'm not sure but it looks like one can do both, use one's own car OR lease one of theirs. I've registered anyhow, just to see what's going to happen. The initial email reads
'Hi ,
Thanks for registering with Car Quids. We can now start matching you with potential advertisers.
As you may know, Car Quids has been covered by various news outlets recently. As such, we are experiencing a very high level of inquiries and driver registrations. Please be aware that our response will be delayed.
We apologise for the inconvenience and are doing our best to match drivers and advertisers effectively and efficiently.
Best wishes,
The Car Quids Team '
