neighbours from hell again !

long story but we dont get on with next door....she has been looking after her daughters dog and yesterday my dd whos 7 and her friend were in our back garden and playing obviously the dog heard them and started barking.....next thing she chucks water over the fence twice......at my daughter .....im annoyed at this but think its only water so let it go......( its on cctv as we put cameras up due to problems with them last year ) original thread link ...

any way she then goes to fence and says "if you dont stop annoying my dog i will bring it around !!!"

anyway dd is annoyed and her and friend fill up water guns ready for a water fight / revenge !!! ( kids ! ) but next door sees them out of her upstairs window and sticks 2 fingers up !!!

yesterday dd was walking back from her friends ( a few doors down ) and next door is walking dog and stops my dd and says " it was you winding my dog up ill set him on you next time ( bearing in mind she had the dog with her ! ) now i know the dogs probably a big soffty but a 7 yr old doesnt know that.....

anyway now im annoyed....oh went around and knocked on door but no answer...so next we saw them going out and all hell broke loose .. we had a massive argument her saying theres always kids playing in our garden i have got 3 kids !!! and as far as im concerned my kids can have their friends around to play if they like its nothing to do with her...any way i contacted police and am waitin for a call back

You did right to contact the police over this, as she has made a direct threat to your daughter using the dog. She deserves to be served with an ASBO over this IMO.

I hope the police take this seriously and I hope your daughter can enjoy the rest of the summer holidays playing in her own garden, without your trashy neighbour spoiling it.

I think you've done the right thing in the calling the police - and to use the dog as a threat to you and your family ss definitely a big no-no. They are using the dog as a weapon and that's totally unfair on the dog - especially if he were to be taken away :eek: . I would hold tight to see what the police say.

THE DOG ACTUALLY WENT LAST NIGHT IT WAS HER DAUGHTERS she picked it up ......think she had been away ....

Thats AWFUL!!! You cant go around threating kids with a bloody dog!!! Be interesting to hear what the police have to say..............

well police came out and will go and speak to her and tell her that our next course of action will be an harassment order.....
i have just learnt a woman along road saw her leaning over my daughter right in her face by the time this woman got to her front door next door had left..... so at leaST WE HAVE A WITNESS .....
