Do you actually need a car?

Surely if you are inner city based you could get a bus pass for less than £100 a month? (assuming you aren't in London).

If you need a car at any point then www.citycarclub.co.uk and if it is for work, hire one and charge it back for the day.

Just a thought as it will save you repairs, serving, tax, insurance etc etc
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?

Yes, I know that I can get a bus pass for less than £100 a month but it's not always practical especially in bad weather. Citycarclub is actually expensive for my income and Zip cars are impractical because they don't have a one-way facility (drive and drop it off near destination; one-way Zip car is available only in US as far as I know not in UK).

Anyway, as I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach somebody over the phone, I took the underground and went to the dealer to find out that the fault is not with the internal module but only the dashboard. I didn't get the dashboard repaired, paid the £160 for other probs, got the car back and stuck 'for sale' (with details) on windows ;)

It`s a Renault..... the answers obvious , it should go (off a cliff)
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

    :rotfl:

Well, to be fair I've been driving it with the dashboard going off and on.
