Short answer is NO, ,
But a quick google* suggests there may be ways to enable it!
* other search engines are available. At times any combination of my spelling, grammar or punctuation may be incorrect. Please do not pick me up for this as, after all, it is only an internet forum.0 -

If it is a Hudl 1 then you can install flash to work with the Dolphin Browser. Google it
If it is a Hudl 2 then the basic answer is no - however there are at least 2 browsers that will show flash, one is Photon browser - check Google for another.0 -

Adobe stopped supporting flash on Android devices, i'm not really sure why they did, some speculate a deal with Apple. But it's backfired as now many websites have been forced to ditch flash in order to provide content to Android devices. So only only have Adobe !!!!ed off Android users, but they've also caused people to stop using their product completely.
HTML5 is the way forward though.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Adobe stopped support when Steve Jobs said Apple would no longer go down the flash route but use HTML 5.0

You have to do a lot of techie work to get Flash to work, unofficially and unsupported, on Android (not just Hudl), and you're likely to be very disappointed with how poorly it works.0
