    Like i said,they do not have the answer for the problem.
    I have spent hours on the telephone with their IT guys on Laptop & I Pad and still not able to access the site.

    You probably need a new pin if you have failed several times.
    I would not use an iPad to login as that is what originally caused my problems. I don't have any problems now as long as I use a PC and clear the history and cache, and I have logged in again this morning no problem.

    Tony i have cleared cookies and had a new pin,used desktop,laptop and I Pad.
    The last person i discussed this with at Scottish Widows gave up without any answers after forty minutes.

    My advice is get another PIN and never log on with an IPAD, the IPAD is a definate problem.
    I've just logged in again so there isn't a problem with the site. I think the PIN has to be replaced after so many failed attempts.
