Scottish Widows log in .......not.

Before I embark on phoning the call-centre .........[sandwiches/flask of coffee] - anyone else with problems accessing "client services online" pension a/c?
no-go now for 3 days.

    I have now been with Scottish Widows eighteen months and have had issues logging on all the time,i have requested my advisor finds a new provider because after complaining numerous times they admitted last week they have had monumental issues with it.
    The reasons they gave baffled me,after 30 minutes on the phone and after changing various things on my PC it still did not work,something about their software can not differentiate between logging off and still being on line,they called it the mirror problem and cannot solve it.

    I had this problem in the past. I find my PC is always able to log in but my Ipad can be temperamental.
    After speaking to SW last year I was advised to delete my history and cookies, before and after logging in, since then I haven't had a problem, and I login every couple of weeks.

    Cleared cache and cookies - tried Firefox instead of Chrome - emailed the SW secure online query thingy - nothing ......
    the error message gives an 0845 716 6747 helpline number - anyone got a freephone number for that?

    According to saynoto1870 it is 0131 655 6000 (ask for "online technical helpline") but it depends on what you mean by "free".

    0845 and 0870 numbers are included in my landline package as well as 01, 02, 03 and 0800.

    01, 02 and 03 are included for my mobile.

    As i said earlier they have admitted to me they are unable to rectify the problem.
    The advisor said it his a major problem they have been working on for some time now.
    I am moving my investments

    I logged in this morning and this afternoon no problem

    Never had the prob for so long before - just occasional short breaks.
    Thanks for the phone tip Greenglide - I'm wading through my Plusnet contract to find out............................
