Spam Credit Card Letters

Hi all,

I keep getting these applications for credit cards like Aqua or some Barclays one sent in the post and I was wondering if there was any way to stop it? I don't even know how they got my information but I'd like to opt out of these annoying letters and if anyone knew what steps I should take, I'd be very grateful!

Register on the mailing preference service. Or if you still want other marketing from other companies, then contact them individually and opt out.

Next time you complete/update an ER registration form be sure to tick the 'edited register' box.

Yep you have to opt out of the open (edited register) which companies use to send marketing materials such as credit cards.

When you get the electoral roll forms you need to tick the box or marketing companies can contact you.

You don't have to wait until you get the next ER registration form - you can contact your local registration office now & do it.
