Please help ASAP - items missing?!

Hi all

So I checked my equifax credit file and all is up to date, everything there. Checked experian and my mortgage isn't showing, my O2 isn't showing, my credit card. I don't understand why. I checked experian last year before applying for mortgage and all was there.

Ok so don't know if this is linked to this, but - I applied for car finance today. The finance came back to the dealership and asked for another address as apparently they couldn't trace my previous address. I haven't had any issues like this before. Since buying my house, got a credit card and some dfs - no issues with previous address. Now all of a sudden they can't trace that one?

So I'm confused on two levels. Please help. Should I be concerned about this? And is it likely to affect my finance app? I haven't done anything wrong and have disclosed everything. Why is experian out of sync?!!

I would really like to help you with this one, since last year when your mortgage, credit card and mobile account were showing on your Experian Credit Report have you since changed your current address? This could be the reason why the accounts are no longer showing on your Credit Report.

If you haven't done so already you may want to provide six years worth of address history to your membership profile as this would display account history behind your previous addresses.
