virgin TV anywhere

Anyone having any problems with virgin tv anywhere? I setup a new PC on tuesday, added it as a device and tried it - all fine. Tried again a while later and it is now saying device not recognised. It is showing in the list, but isnt being recognised!

Was there a requirement to 'save', failing to use which resulted in setup being lost ? ?

The details have saved - they are shown in the list, and it had worked for a while - went off about an hour after I had created it. I have been on a virgin forum (ooh, er :) ) and there are a few people in the same boat. Seems to be problems with the service.
