I don't really understand the V5 as it says: Previous keepers 2

[z.1] ***** Company, Cambridge, etc.

But we got the log book back registered to us with no problem so we assume the guy who sold it to us was on the level. Would that just mean that it was a company vehicle and he acted on behalf of the company?

As per post #3, if you're honest about it, there won't BE any legal battles.
