virus problem

hi all
i have ran malwarebytes and it found a
pup.optinal .goobzo in program files and common files.
quarantined and delited ran again and it was all ok.
back to pc this am decided to re run and still there,,
just ran adwcleaner
and it shows

Folder Found : C:\Program Files (x86)\Linkey
Folder Found : C:\Program Files (x86)\SearchProtect
Folder Found : C:\Program Files (x86)\Settings Manager
Folder Found : C:\Program Files (x86)\ShopperPro
Folder Found : C:\Program Files\Linkey
Folder Found : C:\Program Files\SearchProtect
Folder Found : C:\Program Files\Settings Manager
Folder Found : C:\Program Files\ShopperPro
Folder Found : C:\Users\Shaun\AppData\Roaming\Linkey
selected clean it re booted pc,,

ran adw again the list is still there
have i done something wrong??

    no, the folders either may be empty now or you can delete them manually :)

    possibly, but I suspect whilst the folders are still showing, they will have been emptied already and just need deleting...
