Matalan - does anyone have problems with emails?

It might just be me but I've made two online orders with Matalan and I've struggled to open/read their emails confirming my order.
I use Microsoft Outlook and it works perfectly well normally. When I attempt to open a Matalan email, everything freezes up.
I do quite a bit of online shopping and never have problems with emails..............apart from Matalan.
Does anyone else have problems with Matalan emails?
