As the title says I have mistakenly deleted my phones off myS4.

Usually when a file is deleted, all that happens is the references to where the file is located get deleted, this unlocks those areas of memory and allows them to be written over in future. Generally if you have not written new stuff onto the device, then you can recover the old files, BUT i've had very limited luck on solid state memory.

There may be an app that can try to recover your files, it may be possible to use Windows based tools via USB, but I don't think Windows registers Android phones as being external storage devices.

Try RECUVA try Play store recovery apps .

Connect sd card to PC via USB card reader or just connect phone via USB to PC windows explorer shows phone and sd card if you installed the Samsung drivers .

Many thanks for replies. I used recuva on my PC and found almost all my photo's, am missing about 12. So a good result.
