Any problems get them to read the terms and conditions which as you know are clearly shown on the voucher.
Just received as a gesture of goodwill a Vue £25 gift voucher to use on tickets or refreshments.
Pleased Vue took the complaint seriously and I thank them for that.0 -
Hi there, following up on this as planning to go to the cinema tomorrow. Does these vouchers need printing? Can they be scanned through the phone?0

Quote from e-mail received with my vouchers: "To print your cinema tickets at home, we advise that you download the attachment to your desktop, open it and print it in a PDF reader. Alternatively, when in the cinema, you may open the attachment in your smartphone and present it to box office staff who will scan your voucher".
So yes, it would seem that it is OK to show the attachment on your phone. Hopefully, the staff at the cinema you choose to go to are aware of this.0 -

We have just reordered 6 following the anniversary of our account. Had no issues using them first time round and gave 2 of them to mum and her friend to see a film. They got in fine also.0
