hi all, I have applied via phone to claim pip for my husband, currently on dla, high care, low mobility, but his condition has worsened so advised to reapply, I phoned 27th oct, but haven't heard anything, I am wondering if this is the norm before I enquire if the application form has been sent out. thanks
