HELP!!! UKCPS parking notice and The Miah Solicitors letter
cat-mad
Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice i've been reading the threads but its not been making much sense to me. im not very good at understanding the forums so would be greatful for your advice.
I received a parking notice letter from UKCPS car parking solutions back in May about a parking fine I had received that I did not pay, so the amount due is now £100. I ignored this letter and have now received a letter from The Miah Solicitors stating I now owe £275 for an unpaid parking charge, telling me I should pay within 14 days but this has now elapsed and im worried I may have a higher amount to pay.
Can anyone help me with what to do as I am really concerned I could be going to court or have dept collectors at my door

Do a forum search on 'Miah', there's been a number of recent threads about this outfit, have a read through these to give you guidance how to deal with them.
Use the Forum Jump to get back to page one and just above the sticky threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'search this forum'. Put in your key word(s) in and change the default search to 'show posts'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
