You should be getting 12.07% of all hours worked as holiday pay.0 -

Topez, you get holiday pay on the hours you have worked in total. There's a calculator on the gov website
As for the tendinitis , I had it myself this week, shoulder, couldn't move my arm at all cod of the pain and swelling. Got super dooper anti-inflamatries and pain killers from the docs on Tuesday and Im back in work tonight having just lost one shift
Ok I still have the underlying problem but that will take weeks of Physio which hasn't been even booked yet. But I'm now able to move my arm enough to dress and get the car in reverse. The work I can't physically do still someone else in work will pick up the slack for the next couple of days0
