Paypal INR Case

Not had a Paypal case before against me. 'satans descendant' - email address no joke! - has decided to escalate. I have sent Paypal all I have which is not much just a copy of my O.B.A. sales record for the day.
I assume I will lose. Do I just let the case run and Paypal will refund the buyer? Will I get penalised in any way

No different buyer different case unfortunately. I am used to Ebay cases not Paypal...0 -
Paypal cases, you will win if you have proof of delivery to the buyers registered address, loose if you don't. It's as simple as that. It's usually because they are claiming fraudulent use of their credit card or Paypal account. Paypal cover you when you have proof of delivery. However, while claims are rare, they have come to me twice for a pound or two and my feedback to Paypal was that they were coming to me "cap in hand" for a pound or two, and it seemed very sad that such a huge organisation had to do this.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. If this is a fraudulent use of card then seller protection only requires seller to prove posting, not delivery.
As I mentioned on one of your other threads celestius, I've had a problem with a buyer with 'satans...' in their user name. Mine was something like satansbabysister. I keep meaning to go and check to get the exact name.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just wanted to add something here (posted to that other thread also). I have had a few of these now where someone claimed the item is not received so this is how I respond:
Sorry it has not arrived, please can you give it a few more days, speak to the postman/lady and the sorting office and see if it being held there. Although the item has no tracking I have an online business account and a postage license number is on each parcel and my business manager can track using my license number, we do however have to give it some time to arrive as Royal Mail state 3 weeks. If you can give it 2 weeks and if it has still not arrived I will speak to my business account manager who will speak with your sorting office and post delivery person to confirm whether they have attempted to mail the parcel. My mailing bags are quite distinct and so they would be remembered Get back to me x days and we can go from there.'
You'll be surprised how many arrive in the next few days when you say that you have a business manager that can speak to the postman/lady. In fact I had one just yesterday. It makes me sad to think how easy it is for us to get ripped off because we sell online.
However, while I do say that with a wink, when I had a full mailing bag go missing, the manager of my sorting office was going to speak to all the mail delivery people of the missing items after 3 weeks - I told him not to worry about it - as my buyers were really, really good, some took 3 weeks to arrive but all but 3 did, I kept them informed and they left me good feedback - and just wrote the items off as a loss. But your business manager can, and will, speak to the mail delivery person if need be. And send in distinct packaging that catch the eye.0 -
