So a ticket was issued to a motorist by Parkshield of 3 Red Cow Yard Knutsford. This was passed to Gladstone Solicitors of 1 Red Cow Yard Knutsford whose directors include J L Davies and W K Hurley.
The motorist then appealed to the IPC who are at 4 Red Cow Yard Knutsford and the directors of the company include J L Davies and W K Hurley.
The government have given backing to the IPC to operate as an INDEPENDENT Appeals body.
So my question is, how is this allowed to happen. What the hell is going on?

Are they real addresses or postal boxes? it seems odd that they'd own 3 properties unless adjacemt business units.
It is very suspicious though but should still technically be above board.0 -
They are geographical trading addresses, not mail box addresses. A small yard in Knutsford down a side street. You will find further bias by reading the Pranksters blog as to how the IPC operate.0

Any claims of bias should be directed as a complaint to the DVLA, who I am sure are robustly looking at their ATAs (not). Even so, if people don't complain then accusations of perceived bias won't be investigated. Daps wrote a version for the DVLA here which people could crib from:

True enough. Almost the equivalent of Rachel Ledston taking over the running of POPLA while still employed at PE0
