Recieved wtc in 2008/09 after being made redundant in 2010 got a letter from HMRC to say there was an overpayment of 304.00. Got in touch straight away explained financial circumstances to them and they replied saying they would take the overpayment from any earnings from future employment.
Now four years on i have recieved correspondence from rossendales requesting full payment sent reply and explained financial position ie no change still unemployed. offered payments. just had a stock reply saying they were going to suggest to HMRC an enforcement as they had not recieved any payment/or proposal which is a total lie.
any suggestions please.
