Viking Direct help please

Not the end of the world, but I am blazing angry with Viking Direct and cannot find anyone to complain to, their customer service department is a joke and constantly tell porkies.
Story:
Ordered product desperately needed for next day.
Confirmed, received email on delivery day saying 'it's on its way'
Received email at 11:05 saying unable to deliver, please contact to rearrange.
Rang them, was told that tried to deliver at 11:00am, no one home. Erm, I am sitting next to the front door and have a dog who barks when anyone comes. Told he would try to get the driver to call back.
Rang later in the day when nothing delivered.
Was told that the address was incorrect. Well, I am sitting in that incorrect address and you have delivered to that incorrect address before.
Driver will not be returning, will deliver tomorrow.
NO, need today, will go out and buy from shop. Please refund.
Refund done, will show on your account in a couple of days.
Fast forward, I go away the following day, returning yesterday to find the delivery has been made - product left in wheelie bin.
No refund has been made and now I have to sit and wait for Viking driver to call tomorrow to collect package before they will refund me.
Really, really pee'd off about this, but there is nothing I can do but wait, is there? This is £50 which I could really do with having back.
