Argos 2 different prices for same item

I want to buy an item from Argos so I checked the price on-line before I went to the store. It costs £44.99 and is in stock and I can use my nectar points to partially pay and because I am an OAP I can get the bus for free and pick it up.


Only thing is, it is pouring down with rain and I have a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to Argos.


I have a nectar card and some nectar points I thought I would check the price via the nectar web site. £49.99 and 2 days delivery and I get nectar points but can't redeem the points online with Argos.


So out in the rain I go, at least I won't catch the flu I got my free flu injection :rotfl:

This is nothing new.....tesco clubcard vouchers seem to attract a higher price as well

I forgot to take a carrier bag with me and my wife wasn't happy that her 2 foot thick Argos book got wet.


I keep telling her to use the online catalogue, but no!
