adobe - lost work

I saved an editable adobe form onto my laptop, worked on it a couple of weeks ago and saved each paper as I went along. I closed it and it opened with all the right text on. Today I have opened it and its an old version. Can I do anything to sort this out? thanks

Try using search for *form* or whatever it was called from c:\ (best thing to remember is when you save make sure you save it to somewhere you can remember , if it was a downloaded form it could be in your download folder , but if you opened it from a temporary download location i.e. within your browser it may have been lost when you close the browser, if so it may be found using Photorec or Recuva)
