Second balance transfer into credit card account

Options
A long time ago I did a balance transfer to my Bank of Scotland credit card account, taking advantage of a 0% for 15 months.

Earlier this year, about April, I did a 2nd balance transfer into the same credit card taking advantage of another 0% for 15 or 18 months offer.

However, I was due to start paying interest back in September for my 1st balance transfer, but my statements show the full balance as a single balance transfer, which is the most recent.

Have I discovered a loophole where Bank of Scotland only track the most recent balance transfer for any 0% promotion period? I am reluctant to ask in case they 'correct' this error.

I have the cash handy to clear the outstanding balance, but if I could use it elsewhere, like a high interest rate savings account, then obviously that would be a better use of my money.

    What exactly does it show?

Since you don't appear to know whether your second offer was 15 or 18 months, is it also possible that the first one wasn't for 15 months, but for 18 or 24 months?

    Balance Transfer - 26/04/2014
Outstanding Balance - £xxxx (the total of everything)
    Monthly Interest Rate - 0.000% £0.00

It simply doesn't show the original Balance Transfer date anywhere, but seems to treat the most recent BT as the only one, but with everything.

    Thanks for that.

No, I know the original balance transfer period, and was confirmed of the original run when I was on the phone to perform the second BT.

I get offers all the time ranging from 12 months, 15 months, 18 months and 24 months all the time from Bank of Scotland and TSB, so the exact period of time for the 2nd BT wasn't really relevant.
