Gil Stauffer Domestic Removals Feedback

I was moving from Spain to Cyprus so I needed to find a moving company. After choosing between a couple of companies, I eventually picked Gil Stauffer Mudanzas, a removals company based in Spain. Their rates were a bit high but i did not mind since I like the assurances they gave me. Fast forward a couple of weeks and my cargo has not arrived yet.

Gil Stauffer Mudanzas promised me a certain time frame and it was not met. Another week has passed and finally my cargo arrived. Long story short, my things were not handled properly. They delivered my TV completely destroyed. It had a giant hole in the center of it. It looked like a beam went through it because the box has a hole in it. My other stuff arrived as if it was tossed and kicked around. And the worse part of it is that Gil Stauffer Mudanzas would not take responsibility for the damages. They were downright indifferent when I voiced out my frustrations to them. Don't they have any liabilities for the damages they incurred?

Anyway, If you are looking for a moving company in Spain I would totally no recommend Gil Stauffer Mudanzas, in fact I would ask you to avoid them. Gil Stauffer Mudanzas clearly does not know how to take care of the packages they move.

Well it has been 3 months since I had my problems with Gil Stauffer Mudanzas and nothing has been done by them. I still keep calling them and Gil Stauffer Mudanzas still keeps me in limbo. I am looking into legal action regarding Gil Stauffer Mudanzas as I believe they have to take responsibility. It is not about the cost of the damage goods but the way Gil Stauffer Mudanzas treat there costumers.

Again, If you are thinking of using Gil Stauffer Mudanzas as your moving company, don't. Take this as a warning. Gil Stauffer Mudanzas will just waste your time, and money.
