Python 3.3.2 on windows 7?

My nephew is using this program at school and wanted to download it on my pc. I have tried my best but I can't seem to install it. I get the error message: the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.

The installation file you downloaded should have an extension of .msi.
If you can't install it with a double-click, try this:- Go to the start menu, and type "cmd" in the search box.
- Right-click on the "cmd.exe" icon and select "Run as administrator".
- At the prompt, type "msiexec /i <path to install file>"
Obviously, you replace <path to install file> with the relevant path, e.g. "C:\Downloads\Python\python-3.3.2.amd64.msi" or whatever.
