Help on dispute & Ebay info

I sold a item weeks ago, and the buyer is just trying to be funny, i have sent them my address 3 times now and they are saying they have not recieved it,

I was just wondering if you send emails through the ebay webpage would they get stored for ebay to see there self or not,

Also howlong would a dispute normally take i never have no problems with anyone on ebay, as i do most of my transactions though paypal,

Theres always one

Thanks

It is possible that the buyer hasn't received emails, spam filters, etc blocking emails going through, especially on AOL accounts. Try contacting them by phone. Go to "Advanced search" and there's a link for find contact details, you need buyer's user id and item number. Phone them with your address and payment details, also let them know they can get payment details by going through checkout on the item page.

You can open an unpaid item dispute 7 days after the end of the transaction.

if you go on your ebay page and go on your messages, go on messages sent and the messages you sent will be on there and dated.

They can't pretend they can't see messages in the dispute console.

Sometimes I just want to contact the buyer and say ???

I had one a couple of months ago, perfect feedback just over 100+ in total, bought lots of baby clothes , toys and small nick nacks and just went completely quiet on me. By the time I got to close my NPB they were suspended, but still no neg feedback showing. I have to say I was very worried that something dreadful had happened..but of course I'll never know.
