Newbie Ebay Restriction

Hi

First of all as a newbie I apologize if this is not in the right section, I could not find an ebay section but as it is related to boosting your income thought this might be the correct forum.

I have just had my ebay account restricted! When I queried ebay they would give me no reasons other than I am married to a person that has their account restricted and that we live at the same address and we share the same bank account!

My wife was restricted about a year ago as she apparently was selling counterfeit goods. My wife picks up items from car boots and used to sell them on ebay to make some extra money. She did not know they were counterfeit items and ebay gave her no warning they simply restricted her account. This I feel was harsh but I understood where they were coming from.

Yesterday they restricted my ebay account for no reason other than being married to my wife! I have not done anything wrong in any way!

Contacting ebay is like talking to a bunch of robots they simply keep quoting this is ebay policy and that no-one else is available for you to talk to.

Has anybody else had similar problems?
