APN for Tesco mobile

Please can anyone offer any advice. My daughter has a Sony Xperia Miro phone but she cannot connect it to the 3G Data. We have tried the APN that is listed on the tesco website but it will not connect. She has also had a new sim card from Tesco to see if that was the problem, but it is still not working.

She is on a pay monthly sim card with Tesco.

Please can anyone help? Many thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to post the link, sorry to say she had done everything suggested and it still doesn`t work. Maybe there is something wrong with her phone! Thank you for trying its appreciated.

Is this a SIM Free phone?

Look here for guidance. There is a suggestion that you cannot save a new APN, but can edit an existing profile.

We bought it from Tesco and she has had a sim only monthly deal with Tesco since buying the phone. A coupe of months ago we altered the deal so she could get internet access when no wifi available, but has never been able to do this.
