Who can enter:

Competition open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.





Opening/closing date & time:

Competition opens weekly for entries via PRTS, SMS, and via post as stated in the ‘Secret Dealers’ programme (the “Programme”).
Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 9.30 am on the date stated in the Programme.
Competition closes for entries via post no less than three (3) working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.




Winner selection date:

Within three (3) days of the closing date and time for all entries.





How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 19 123 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This can be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
SMS text – send an SMS text with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question to 63323; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 63323 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Competition without charge. Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge. This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This process may be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
Post – send your entry on a postcard or on or within an envelope to the address as specified in the Programme (postal reference Week 1: SDR 0551, Week 2: SDR 0552, Week 3: SDR 0554, Week 4: SDR 0555 or Week 5: SDR 0556 followed by P.O. Box 7558, Derby DE1 0NQ). Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way.
For the purposes of this Competition, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.



ITV and the programme producers have agreed to donate all profits from the entries received on 19 December 2014 to the Text Santa Appeal. This means that at least 90.54p per entry will go to the appeal and be split equally between the six Text Santa charities (Teenage Cancer Trust (Registered charity in England & Wales 1062559, Scotland SCO39757), The Guide Dogs For The Blind Association (Registered charity in England & Wales 209617, Scotland SCO38979); WellChild (Registered charity in England & Wales 289600, Scotland SCO45010), Marie Curie Cancer Care (Registered charity in England & Wales 207994, Scotland SCO38731), Alzheimer’s Society (Registered charity in England & Wales 296645, Scotland SCO22315) and Together for Short Lives (Registered charity in England & Wales 1144022, Scotland SCO44139)).





Prize:

There is one (1) prize each week consisting of a cheque for the cash value as specified in the Programme made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery./p>
