i have no ccg's on my file and nothing else but have very poor rating it say's this because of time at address but i have lived at same address for 8 years how can i improve my rating

What makes you think you have a poor credit rating? have you applied for credit and been declined?
Are you on the electoral roll? and if so how long have you been on it?
What credit agreements are showing on your file?
Which credit reference agency file are you looking at? or have you got copies from all 3?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
