GBX to GBP Conversion

I have to confess, I am horrific when it comes to calculations.

Unfortunately, when purchasing stocks, the prices quoted, are often in GBX. Until now, I have been using a useful website to convert for me, but it is getting tiresome having to switch between the site and what I am doing all of the time.

I would like to work out how this value is converted so I can either do it on the calculator (wishful thinking), or create a formula on Excel such that as I enter in GBX prices, it converts them into the GBP in an adjoining cell.

Any help, would be very much appreciated.
