Hi i have a bought and paid for ( no mortgage ) holiday home that im thinking about letting our for short periods ( 1 - 2 week vacations ) and dont know the best way to do this.... eg via a limited company that i could set up? are there tax allowances against profits eg estate agent management fees ? ongoing up keep and decoration costs ? any comments appreciated ....ive researched the market and it seems that the area is pretty much an all year destination with weekly rents averaging about £500 for a 3 bed semi
