Can any one help me with some advice.
We purchased scotch last January when we revived it the seat on one clutch was not right so the company sent out a repair man to rectify it. Them we had a white dust covering all over both units, this again was treated then it came back so we demanded a new suit. This was ok with the company and a new one was orded with a 10 to 12 week delivery. After 12 weeks with no communication from the company we contacted them only to find nothing had been orded. After sorting that out we had to weight again for 10 to 12 weeks and last Thursday it arrived. To have small area of white dust on and when we move it on Saturday to get round the fire we discovered that the back of the suit was not fixed propperly to the arm.
So my question is how do I stand with my rights now

You bought a couch? Had it scotchguarded? It gave it a white residue?
Then you also had a problem with an arm on the couch ?
You've had a replacement but this has a white residue from sctochguard?0 -
Also where does the clutch come into it?0

First its a about a couch, then you bought a bottle of scotch, then you had a faulty clutch and demanded a new suit. The new suit arrived but it had a faulty arm?

No scotchguard has been applied the White dust is coming through the leather it's like a fungus the repair man called in spue it coursed from the process from the tanning of the hide. The repair man has called today and found that the back of the couch had not been fixed with a nut and blot my the manufacturer and trited the leather to try and stop the whit dust from coming back. But still where do I now stand with the company if something else goes wrong with it can I demand my money back ????0

You can of course demand what you like, but it sounds to me that the repairman has fixed the problems. Is that not the case?0
