    i didnt get notification that 3 of my cookies went in but the total is now correct of 20, i had 16 yesterday so it seems to be working ok.

    Except for the two instant wins, which only require one cookie each, all other prizes require a group of three different cookies to be collected. You need all three in any group to win that prize. I hope that helps.
