That's weird because I went into settings & then account and it says...

You are currently a Quidco Premium member. You can downgrade to a Basic account at any time prior to your first tracked transaction.

Your renewal / downgrade date is 2 December 2015

So as I won yesterday (unless i'm reading it wrong) then mine is for a years subscription???

Ernest Jones - In Store (note that it is 'Ernest' NOT 'Earnest'...moment's confusion for me there!) showed a small banner saying "Cookie Claimed (it's now in your tin)".

On the right hand side you can see the top of a gingerbread man -- I am pretty certain THAT is the cookie I got -- don't remember seeing one before. (My tally also increased after visiting.)

Ah, CREW clothing, which explains why I wasn't getting a cookie when I went to CRUISE clothing which is also on Quidco and makes more blooming sense!!! :mad:

Thank you, I've just been back on to double check and mine says:

You are currently a Quidco Premium member. You are unable to downgrade to a Basic account until the membership anniversary date listed below.

Compare account types

Your renewal / downgrade date is 1 January 2015

I know I downgraded last year to basic, but I'm now wondering if it didn't actually downgrade which would hopefully mean my free upgrade starts in Jan. I'll have to keep an eye on it
