Old capquest default fell off too soon...

Hi guys. I've noticed an old default (2012) has fallen off my credit report. Although I have paid in full a while ago I know it stays on for ) years.. I still have another default from them on there for something else.. I'm unsure why it would fall off now. I have recently changed address but have updated the electoral register so it shouldn't have been taken off? And why one not the other. I know I shouldn't moan but I know it will probably come back to bite me....

Any ideas?

Thanks xx

Are you sure when requesting the credit report you gave them a full and accurate address history?

I have changed my address with experian also so all should be up to date, they Have my last 3 addresses on file so surely they should all still show? I am assuming I don't have to call capquest to update address details when the debt is no longer owed

Perhaps it's just their policy to remove really old data
