Short term savings plz advice

I have maxed out ISA and have:
3x BoS
1xS123
1xTSB
1xLloy
1xNW Flex
1xTesco
Now I still have 127k in BoS easy access saver where imgetting only0.50%
Is there anywhere I can put for 6 months max where I can getmore then just 0.50%
Many thanks

1.26% AER with no risk of the bank going bust because it's not a bank, it's the government.

Or split it into 2 chunks so that you have 60-something thousand each between two institutions that pay more than Nsandi but are both below the £85k compensation threshold. Example, AA and Post Office both pay 1.4%, although the AA's £85k limit is shared with your BOS accounts as they're all part of HBOS.
