Equifax are useless

Equifax have failed my credit check twice for a cheap mobile phone. They refuse to help at all. They just want e to subscribe to them.
I have a perfect credit score, just had a check done when upgrading a bank account, 3 weeks ago, it was perfect.
They've failed me, then wont help me?

Who can look into these cowboys?

Any help is appreciated.

Equifax do not pass or fail credit checks. They report financial data held on their system.

It is the mobile provider that has made the decision not to give you credit. Obtain the statutory reports from the three referencing agencies and see what data is showing. This may give you an insight into why you have been declined.
