TCB - Is it worth me taking further action?

Hi all,
Looking for opinions/advice on a problem I have with Topcashback and if I have grounds to pursue them further!
I have had an account with TCB for a year or so, no real issues, had a few small claims declined for no obvious reason but also had a few tracked and paid without complication so I was fairly happy with the service overall. I am fully aware of the fact that the cash back is not guaranteed etc so not been too fussed about it until recently.
I purchased BT Broadband in August, £211 cashback tracked and payable within 4 weeks, very impressive I thought and went to withdraw to my bank as usual. All seemed to go ok, got the email confirming payout on the way etc and I thought no more of it. The £211 never arrived in my bank account and I am no longer able to log in to my account, I keep getting the "invalid login details" message, I have tried to reset my password and am told my email address isn't recognised, I have emailed the customer services team via the website and got no reply to any of my messages. The regular promotional emails from them have stopped and it seems I have been erased from the system!
So is there anything I can do about it? I also had a small amount (about £50) of confirmed but not payable cashback in my account. Not sure if its worth pursuing them as not sure on the consumer rights with the way the website works so any help would be great...
Thanks
Nick
