Iphone 5 - History

Hi


I've just moved from a Samsung which shows me all my history of calls/texts - times/dates etc.


For the life of me, I can't work out how to show the same info on the new phone.


Any ideas?

When I press"messages" I see a time stamp above the start of each conversation. Similarly clicking on "phone" shows me the calls I have made then press the "info" symbol shows when I made them, the duration of both incoming and outgoing.

Thanks, yes my phone does that, but it doesn't give me a 'log' of the history.

What sort of Log are you wanting? Each app keeps its own history.

iMessenger keeps your text messages, pulling to the left will give you the time of each message rather than just the start of the conversation one at the top. In settings you can choose how long messages are kept for with indefinitely being an option.

Telephone has the Recent tab which will show you all the last 65 calls, if you press the i button next to one it will bring up info on that call plus any others to/from the same number

There are apps you can get which will log the phone calls indefinitely if the 65 limit isn't enough for you.

Ok for text messages on your iphone swipe to the left of the message reveals time stamps.
For phone calls you have recents, then tap on the contact will display incoming or outgoing and a list of your logs for the contact.
