Faulty microwave

HI All

Hopefully I have posted this in the right forum, I purchased a microwave from Next 18 months or so ago, it has now gone faulty and I am unable to find the receipt, and I have looked on line at my bank statement and can't see payment for it on there.

As it is faulty am I entitled to a refund, the store mentioned giving me a gift card, which I don't want.

Any advice would be great

After 6 months it is up to you to prove the item is inherently faulty and it is up to you to provide reasonable proof of purchase. Once you have proved those points the store has the option to repair, refund or exchange.
  • As you don't have a receipt and 18 months has passed I would take the gift card and say thank you very much if it was me.
