How to do cancellations and refunds the old way......

Morning everyone,
You can still do cancellations and refunds 'the old way' by logging in to ebay.ie and going to the resolution centre.
Don't know how long it will be before they change it, but for now, it works. I was able to process a return of one item of a multiple purchase yesterday. The 'buyer is returning for a refund' option is on there.
Remember, do the refund and then do the cancellation the old way.
