I shop online with Tesco but cannot find a code on paperwork. I tried looking for it online but no success so far. I know someone out there will know what to do. Just in case someone has it already it is Tesco Extra, Stratford Road, Solihull B90 4EN.

Given this survey details in store but every time I try to complete it there are missing boxes on the "Checkout experience" page which won't let me continue !

I did not realise it was a survey for instore shoppers (see my previous comment) so I am ineligible to enter. Seems unfair to me as a regular online shopper that we do not have the equivalent survey for goods and delivery ratings.
