It's the four digits from the instore handout or, if you've made a purchase, the four digits from your receipt. I haven't filled it in myself, but they'll probably require your Clubcard number later on in the survey.

Weekly Entry for a Monthly Prize

Only one survey entry is allowed per household, per week. This means that no matter how many surveys are completed, only one of the responses will be put forward for that month’s draw in any one week, running from Monday to Sunday. Each survey entrant is entitled to 25 Clubcard points after completing the survey. 25 Clubcard points is the maximum amount one Clubcard account can be credited in one calendar month.

The 4 digit code is the store location code.
If you have any receipt for your local store it has the same 4 digit code on it.
It tells you on the site where to look for the code on a receipt.

For those who want to find out their local store code, do the following:

Google 'code tesco xxxxxx' x being your town i.e. mine is Sudbury...

It will return a similar link to the following:

    https://www.tesco.com/store-locator/uk/?bID=3234

and the last 4 digits is your code!

    G/L all... ;)

You need to have done a shop and enter a 4 digit code from the bottom of your receipt

I didn't refresh I can see someone has already said this!

On my latest May statement only 25 points is showing for February, despite doing surveys at the start of March and April.

Before that it was working fine with 25 points per month.

I have been entering my Tesco receipt details on https://www.tescoviews.com for 4 months now and I still can not see any points on my clubcard statement. Anyone else having this problem?
