IIRC it comes under "other points" on the statement itself but it is easier if you check your current points online in the run up to when the statement is produced and the entry is something like "TESCO CUSTOMER SURVEY".
Customer services credited me with the missing 50 points fairly quickly. Maybe something has gone wrong over the past few months as it has worked every month prior to that.0 -
