Current having problems with Virginmedia breakdown service, have now been waiting since last Wednesday for an engineer or even a call back from anyone (from Virgin)
Had Virgin for over 5 years during that time have moved house and taken the package with me, using Virgin Media Fibre Optic with super-hub, have been waiting some 6 Month's for free upgrade from 30Mb to 50Mb .
Currently experiencing what I believe is called Blocking on tv picture, also have phone and v-box from Virgin.
Looking at plusnet they seem to come out well with general speed and customer satisfaction but have no TV packages ( perhaps it's because they are owned by BT ? )
Can anyone recommend a alternative to Virgin please ?

Just got off plusnets chatline
You can have BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2 and ESPN with Plusnet as long as you have a working Sky set top box and a Sky dish. The cost is £5.99 per month or £7.49 per month with HD, on a monthly contractThere are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! So are you getting artifacts when watching via the V-Box or when streaming to the TV from another source via the internet?
As for your free upgrade, you get that when your area has been enabled. If you are enabled and it hasn't happened, call them on 150 and they will upgrade you there and then.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -

Looks like it could be the v-box that's causing the problems with blocking ?There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times:A UK Resident :A0 -
