Rejected for 0% BT card HELP!!

I cant understand why I have been rejected and need some advice on what to do next as I am new to all this and still want to transfer the existing debt to 0% card but don't want to damage my rating by applying for more cards and being rejected.

Its all to do with predictability. Up until September 2014 your were predictable your credit file reflects this example you paid your balance off in full every month. Then all of a sudden you became unpredictable you went from full payments to minimum and took on extra debt of 3400.

Lenders like to lend to people whose behavior is predicable. Your recent behavior is not normal for you! Therefore you were declined.
