UKPC ticket. Challenge or wait ? Vehicle address change pending

Got a UKPC ticket for parking in private car park (housing association) in slough. Had displayed a visitor logo on the car but by the time came back with visitor permit to put on car within 5 min, had been hit with a parking charge.
Read newbie forum which asked to wait for NtK in general. My problem is that I have shifted address and not been able to change the registered keeper address with DVLA. If UKPC start sending threatening letters to old address, the person their may squeal under the wording of letters and get me a bad reputation. I don't have contact with person living at address to warn him or ask him to avoid /forward these letters as well.
should i put in a challenge now within the 14 days timelimit ? Help and advise would be greatly appreciated.
Also I am planning to use the following wording in challenge that 1)valid signage was displayed in absence of actual permit 2) valid permission from landowner for use of land 3) no loss of revenue. Is that ok ? Photos taken by parking officer clearly show that signage was displayed in dashboard at the time the charge was issued.

Nope, send it around day 22 so it arrives before day 28 (forget the 14 days crappy 'discount' deadline as you won't be PAYING!). There's a reason for delaying the appeal till just after 3 weeks (but NOT later than 27 days!). The 3 week delay will help you with an extra winning appeal point for POPLA later on - if UKPC do not cancel. But sometimes they just fold when they see a strong forum appeal.should i put in a challenge now within the 14 days timelimit ?
I would just send the template in the Newbies thread, so none of the above really. The way you have put it there makes me concerned you would write it and let slip who parked/was driving/placed the info on the dash. A successful appeal is NOT about the story of what happened about permits. The Newbies sticky thread explains not to talk about mitigating circumstances surrounding permits! Also I am planning to use the following wording in challenge that
1)valid signage was displayed in absence of actual permit
2) valid permission from landowner for use of land
3) no loss of revenue.
Is that ok ?

Why? This is a legal requirement, and could get you into far more trouble than the scammers UKPCGot a UKPC ticket for parking in private car park (housing association) in slough. Will this person be opening your private mail then, and what about all your other mail, bills, bank statements etc?
Your reputation could never be as bad as UKPC who are just scum!
Why don't you get a redirect applied with Royal Mail?0 -
Thanks coupon-mad. I will set myself a reminder. I assume they will still be directing the cancellation to the registered address ? Dont see much option but to contact the new owners then unless I can find the elusive keeper doc or shell out another 25quid!
For fisher.Mail direct expired sometime ago. Wasn't expecting this to crop up. If person living at address still has to bear with some junk mail then cannot help as some companies refuse to stop sending junk nowadays even when told multiple times person not at address.0
